Start from the verified route
If you want to return to an anime character on an iPhone, a store search is not the only route. Anione’s FAQ explicitly says there is no App Store or Google Play app. It describes a progressive web app using the same account, characters and memory.
Its published procedure is to open anione.me in Safari or Chrome and choose Add to Home Screen. The resulting shortcut is the web service’s access route. It is not evidence of offline generation, offline history or guaranteed recall after every interruption.
DreamPress takes a different route as well: its Apple listing identifies Dreampress AI: Story Generator, from DREAMPRESS LTD, designed for iPhone with in-app purchases. Use that verified identity rather than treating every similarly named result as the same product.
Keep the account separate from the icon
Before continuing a long project, check which account and conversation you have reopened. Anione says an account enables saved conversations, custom characters and generation. A fresh guest view and the saved account are different starting points.
DreamPress’s developer description covers stories, audiobooks, character chat and interactive choices. Its web roleplay page also describes interaction, so the store app should not be chosen on the assumption that the web product cannot chat.
The sources do not establish automatic transfer of every history, purchase or balance between the DreamPress web service and iPhone app. If an existing paid account matters, resolve that account’s app access before creating a second purchase.
Check the billing channel before comparing the price
Apple’s US listing shows a DreamPress Unlimited Monthly in-app product at $12.99 in this snapshot, while the official web plan copy advertises $10/month. Different channels and listed products are not a promise of identical entitlements or a contradiction that can be settled by choosing the lower number. The actual offer, region and purchase screen govern what you are considering.
Anione’s web Silver/Gold plans show a three-month minimum. Adding its PWA to the home screen does not turn that into a one-month store purchase.
Choose the PWA route when browser-based return access and Anione’s documented anime tools fit your routine. Choose DreamPress’s verified iPhone app when that installation route and its actual offer fit. Save a short project note outside either account; convenience of access and preservation of creative work are separate decisions.
